I am an integrative psychotherapist. I trained for five years at Regent’s University, completing post-graduate and advanced diplomas. I am registered with the United Kingdom Council of Psychotherapy (UKCP), and adhere to its ethical principles and professional codes of conduct.

Before setting up in private practice, I was in-house therapist in a large GP practice in North London. I also spent time as a volunteer counsellor with Age UK.

Prior to training as a psychotherapist, I was an actor. I am interested in working with those clients who wish to find (or re-engage with) creative expression in their lives.

As well as psychotherapy qualifications, I have an MA from Oxford University. I offer sessions in both English and French.

In addition, I have developed a programme to assist people who suffer from public speaking anxiety. For specific information on this, please see www.publicspeakinganxiety.co.uk (website currently under development).
